𝘼𝙍𝙍𝙄𝙑𝘼𝙇: Please come through the salon doors at your scheduled appointment time. If you are running early, please kindly wait in your car until your scheduled time. If you are running late, please let us know so we can do our best to still accommodate you. Some of our appointment times are 15 mins, so running late may mean we have to reschedule it to another day. (subject to availability) 
 

𝘾𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀𝙇𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎: We totally understand things arise and may mean you can no longer make your appointment. Where possible, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling of this appointment is subject to availability. We will always do our best to get you back in as soon as possible. 
 

𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙀 𝘾𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀𝙇𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 & 𝙉𝙊 𝙎𝙃𝙊𝙒𝙎: Your appointment time is scheduled especially for you. Cancelling within 3 hours of your booked time or non attendance will result in a 100% of booked service cancellation fee to be paid prior to rebooking your next appointment.

𝙂𝙍𝙊𝙐𝙋 𝘽𝙊𝙊𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙎: Your group booking is scheduled with service time depending on numbers booked and extra time to allow for the room set up to host your group, pack down  and in depth consultation per person. We require 24 hours notice of any changes to your group booking. Less than 24 hours notice of change to amount of people coming will still be charged at the original amount of people booked.

𝙑𝘼𝙇𝙐𝘼𝘽𝙇𝙀𝙎: We kindly ask that you please leave valuables at home.
 

𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙎𝙏𝙐𝘿𝙄𝙊: We are strictly by appointment only. If you need to pick up product, please feel free to contact us so we can arrange a product pick up for you. 
 

𝙋𝘼𝙔𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎: We take both cash & card (card payment is preferred) If you plan to pay by cash, we kindly ask to please have the correct amount on you, as no change is kept in the salon. 
 

𝘾𝙃𝙄𝙇𝘿𝙍𝙀𝙉 𝙄𝙉 𝙎𝘼𝙇𝙊𝙉: Although we love your kids, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. We work with a lot of chemicals & sharp objects so minors in salon can become an OH&S issue. Take this time purely for yourself to relax & unwind!
*Please note, newborns are welcome. Please just give us a heads up so we can clear the space for prams.

𝘽𝙍𝙄𝘿𝘼𝙇 𝙏𝘼𝙉𝙎: We very kindly note that trial tans do not secure your wedding week tan. Our bookings open 2-3 months in advance and are subject to availability. Should we be unable to take your wedding week booking we will send you our recommendations!
